I love this shop. It is beautiful inside and the staff are very lovely. They have a coffee bar where you can try any coffe you wish to try before you buy the capsules. A lot of choice of coffee machines, coffee flavours and accessories. They also take your used capsules for recycling.
Nespresso machines & capsules of brilliant coffee, store well laid out, sample coffee, different machines, cups & accessories. Good staff. Recycle centre & bags to get used capsules picked up from home. Have had machine for 2 years and love it.
As with all the other Nespresso boutiques this place is chic and inviting with the aroma of freshly made coffee filling the air. The staff are experienced, professional and extremely helpful no matter whether your questions are about coffee, coffee machines or the many other products available. If you haven't got a Nespresso machine pop in and ask for a demonstration. They are happy to provide a cup of Nespresso coffee of your choice to sample.
Very very helpful staff. Clare saw us and spent time explaining things regarding questions I had asked. Great selection of products and although did not buy from the store, purchased online as a result of visiting and also not wanting to have large items to carry while away for the weekend.
This Boutique is IN JOHN LEWIS!!! On level 1, not its own shop. Very lovely staff, and knowledgable about the pods available, were able to recommend something based on my preferences.
My first experience there was before pandemic started and it was great! Even tough is tough now, the service is at the high level as the guys there strive to help you out with your coffee as till now not everyone is able to shop online. Always welcoming and helpful is all you need.
What a great store. Well presented. Great stock of coffee, cups, glasses and travel mugs. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend. You can also use your subscription in store and take your purchases home.
